Online auction ends at 5:00 p.m. on June 7.  Winning bids become the opening bids for the in-person auction that runs from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, during the Fun Fair.

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Please note that once online bidding closes on June 7 at 5:00 p.m. the items in this auction will transition to our in-person, live auction to be held June 8, 2016, starting at 4 p.m. and running until 6:00 p.m.  The highest online bids will become the opening bids when the in-person auction begins.  If you are the highest bidder at the conclusion of the online auction, understand that you may still be outbid by attendees at the live, in-person auction taking place during the Fun Fair!  Winners are only finalized at the end of the in-person auction, at 6:00 p.m. on June 8.

All Winning Bidders are asked to attend at the Silent Auction table at the Fun Fair between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. on June 8 in order to make payment and claim their items.  If an online bid is the winner and that individual is unable to attend at the auction, the auction committee will notify you by e-mail in order to make arrangements for payment and item exchange.

How do I know if I am The Winner?

Shortly after 6:00 p.m. on June 8, the auction magistrate will start circling the winning bids in red on the bid sheets.  If your bid is circled in red, remove the bid sheet, proceed directly to the auction table with the bid sheet, pay for your prize and collect it.

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Cash
  • Cheque (Please make payable to "McMurrich School Council")
  • Credit cards via Square

Payments to be made at: the Silent Auction table located at the Fun Fair, between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. on June 8, 2017.  For those winners not able to attend at the auction, payment arrangements will be made in the following days.

Item Pickup:

Winning bidders can pick their items up at: the Silent Auction table located at the Fun Fair, between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. on June 8, 2017.

Note: For Winning bidders who do not claim their item on the day of the Fun Fair, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange for payment and item exchange, but the committee maintains the right to forfeit a winning bid, and the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder, entirely at the discretion of the Silent Auction Committee.
