Catherine Ziliotto is a Certified Zen Shiatsu Therapist with over 18 years experience. She graduated from the Zen Shiatsu Institute in 1997 and holds a BA from the University of Toronto.  Catherine's experience includes working for years in a clinical setting with a team of other health care professionals. Catherine was instrumental in introducing shiatsu to a large successful spa setting at the Stillwater Spa at the Hyatt in Toronto. You can also catch her on an episode of WTN's "Mind, Body, Spirit".  Mother of two, Catherine volunteers at her children's school, practices yoga and loves her work.  "Shiatsu is not just a job for me, it is a passion. I love helping people live more balanced and connected lives".
